Yana is an awesome leasing agent, she made my choice as to looking for an apartment so special. When I walked in until the time I signed my lease she has been such a blessing. I feel like I have been knowing her forever. He pleasant attitude warm spirit made me want to live here. I am so glad I choose the Arbors. The whole office is so inviting warm and receptive. We have lived at the Arbors at Breckenridge for over 2 years now. The office staff and manager Deborah are just the best. They truly make the Arbors a wonderful place to call home. Our maintenance staff is pretty awesome as well and our security staff definitely make you feel safe. We enjoy our home and the amenities here at the arbors at Breckenridge :)

I have enjoyed living at the Arbors apartments. The staff who run the building are so nice and always helpful. You are always greeted with a big smile in the front office. The maintenance team, specifically John, are incredible. The amenities are high quality, featuring tennis courts, pools, a large gym with tall glass windows, and pretty grill areas where you can use the BBQ, then sit and have dinner with a friend. I have lived here for over a year. I love the pool. It is beautiful and well maintained. My apartment is very spacious, just like a 3-bedroom house. The community is very quiet. Wallace is great!

This place is the best place, the people here are nice, staff is great, maintenance comes and fixes things usually the same day. The pool is the best and always has people out enjoying their time here. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Also, I'm extending my stay here.
